Understanding the document
The information is issued by Poland’s National Criminal Register, Krajowy Rejestr Karny (KRK). It is a separate document and should not automatically be substituted with a Ukrainian extract. Obtain the institution’s format and language requirements first.

Apostille Centre has provided legal services since 2008. The issuing authority determines the contents; the recipient decides whether to accept the document.
Applying from abroad
Official routes include a postal request, e-KRK when its requirements are met, or an authorised representative. Official KRK answers.
Apostille and translation
We first clarify the recipient’s requirements. KRK does not issue apostilles: for applicable Polish documents this is a separate procedure with Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Official apostille information. Translation language and translator requirements are agreed before ordering.
Cost, timing and your first message
Cost and estimated timing are discussed after reviewing the task. Fees, authorisation, translation, certification and delivery are clarified separately. Ask the recipient how recent the certificate must be.
Start by describing your circumstances and any differences in name spelling. Passport details and scans are not needed in the first message; necessary information will be requested separately.
