COMPLEX SITUATIONS

When it is difficult to handle things yourself

We first identify the cause of the problem. Then we determine which documents and steps could help resolve it.

01

You are abroad and cannot travel

We check whether the procedure allows an authorised representative, what authority is needed and how to deliver originals. We help organise the steps available without your travel.

02

A document is lost or difficult to obtain

We establish where the document was issued and which institution or archive holds the records. We identify the procedure for obtaining a replacement certificate, extract or archival confirmation.

03

Name errors and transliteration differences

We compare passports, certificates, diplomas and translations. We consider name changes and identify the need for supporting evidence, translation corrections or amendments to a record.

04

Information differs from registry records

We identify the source of a discrepancy or missing entry. We help prepare enquiries and supporting documents for the competent authority.

05

An institution will not accept the documents

We review written comments: these may concern the document package, apostille, translation format, proof of family relationships or a separate qualification recognition procedure.

06

Old documents and several procedures

We check whether a replacement document, diploma supplement or archival records are needed. We agree on the sequence of checks, certification and delivery to avoid unnecessary steps.

The relevant institution decides whether to issue documents, amend official records and accept a document package. We organise preparation and assistance with the necessary steps.

Working with documents.
Understanding people’s situations.

Apostille Centre has provided legal services since 2008. We start with your purpose and practical constraints: where you are, which documents are available and what the receiving institution requires.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What to know before ordering

Can I start the process from abroad?

Yes. Start by describing your task and the recipient’s requirements. Before you order, we will clarify whether remote assistance is possible and whether originals or representative authority are required.

Who issues an apostille?

An authorised public authority issues the apostille. We help check the package and organise submission; the competent authority decides whether to certify the document.

How much does document preparation cost?

Please call +38 (067) 484-91-77 to discuss cost and urgent options. Before you order, we agree on the work, required fees, translation, certification and delivery.

What if my name is written differently across documents?

Tell us which documents differ and which institution needs them. We check spelling, name changes and transliteration to determine what evidence or corrections may be needed.

How should I prepare documents for Germany?

Obtain the institution’s requirements for the document and translation. An apostille does not replace translation or qualification recognition. See preparation for Germany and our German-language website.
