Start with the requirements for your application
Choose the assessment organization, country and purpose: study, employment or an immigration program. Before ordering document services, obtain the current checklist for your institution and qualification. There is no single document list for every applicant.
- WES: check Required Documents and the instructions in your account.
- ICAS: review the document requirements. An immigration ECA has a separate application process.

- Compare the documents you have with your checklist and identify missing items.
- Arrange document translation and confirm the required certification, if any.
- Clarify whether an apostille is needed for the particular use of your documents.
- Agree the available arrangements for obtaining and delivering documents.
An apostille, notarisation of a translation and credential assessment are separate procedures. They should not be ordered automatically for every WES or ICAS application. The assessment organization decides whether documents are acceptable and determines the evaluation result.

Cost and timing
We agree the scope and price after reviewing your situation. Translation, certification, official fees and delivery are clarified separately. Our document preparation time is different from the assessment organization’s processing time.
Frequently asked questions
Who must send the documents?
Check the required sender for each item. Where records must come from an institution or authorized organization, posting your own copies does not replace that procedure. Use the delivery method and address in your current application instructions.
Are translation and notarisation always required?
Follow the language and certification requirements for your program. WES explains that degree certificates and translations are not requested from everyone. ICAS sets out its translation rules in its document requirements. Check certification before placing an order.
What if my institution is unavailable?
Ask WES or ICAS about an acceptable alternative. Do not substitute unrelated certificates for missing records. Individual circumstances require review, and a positive evaluation cannot be guaranteed in advance.
