Individual support
Admission, employment and qualification recognition may require different document sets. We review your situation, diploma and supplement, and the requirements for translation and authentication. We propose next steps and agree the work, cost and document transfer arrangements.
If your situation is complicated
Tell us if your diploma is an older format, your surname differs between documents, the supplement is missing, you are abroad or an overseas institution has raised objections. We review the available documents and the recipient’s response and clarify what supporting evidence or replacement documents may be needed. Feasibility and timing depend on the checks.
Who issues the apostille
Apostilles on Ukrainian education documents fall within the competence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science. The state Information and Image Centre (ENIC Ukraine) prepares documents for the Ministry’s decision. Apostille Centre assists with preparation and the application process.
An apostille authenticates a document’s origin. It does not replace translation or automatically recognize a qualification abroad.
Diploma and supplement
The diploma and its supplement are separate documents. Ask the recipient whether both need authentication. In-person and remote submission may require different document sets; current requirements appear in the official document checklist. We clarify the submission route before originals are sent.
Cost and timing
Cost is agreed after reviewing the task. We separately clarify public authority charges, assistance, translation, certification and delivery. Tell us if you have a submission deadline: we will check the available process and whether additional enquiries may be needed.

Can an older diploma be processed?
The document and information about its issue need to be checked. Where necessary, we clarify whether further confirmation or a replacement document can be obtained.
What if an institution has not accepted the documents?
Send a description of its comments without unnecessary personal information. We will identify whether the issue concerns apostille, translation, the document set or a separate recognition procedure, and propose next steps.
