Written translation

Apostille Centre helps prepare written translations of documents and other texts according to the language, purpose and recipient’s requirements. We have provided legal services since 2008. We agree on the scope of work after reviewing the material.

Materials you can submit for assessment

  • Documents for government bodies, educational institutions and other organisations.
  • Legal and business texts, including contracts, certificates, correspondence and supporting materials.
  • Technical, economic, scientific, medical and other specialist texts — availability depends on the subject and language pair.

What to clarify before placing an order

  • The source and target languages.
  • Where the translation will be used and for what purpose.
  • Whether you need a standard translation, notarisation of the translator’s signature or another form of certification.
  • Whether tables, diagrams, charts and the original layout must be preserved, or a bilingual document is needed.
  • Any requirements for spelling names, titles and terminology, and your preferred completion date.

Editing an existing translation, proofreading and additional formatting are discussed separately. We confirm availability, cost and an estimated timeframe after assessing the material. Please call for pricing.

An individual approach to complex situations

Tell us in advance if documents contain different spellings of a name, errors, unclear abbreviations or specific requirements from the receiving institution. We agree on the translation and presentation approach according to your task. If an apostille or legalisation is required, we clarify the preparation process separately.

How to contact us

Tell us the language, document type, destination country and receiving institution. You do not need to send passport details or document scans immediately. If a copy is needed for assessment, we will agree on how to transfer it.
